An inspiring start at the Strategic Management Society Annual Meeting in Toronto

The conference kicked off engagingly with our Saturday morning panel on "Connecting micro-strategizing to macro-phenomena – challenges and opportunities for qualitative research", co-organized by Theresa Langenmayr and Jeanine Porck.

Our panelists Laura Doering, Melissa Graebner, Ann Langley, Becky Reuber, and Christine Shropshire shared insights on their experiences and the opportunities in strategic management research to connect micro-activities with macro-phenomena.

Additionally, I was nominated (and later elected) to become the Representative at Large for the Strategy Process Interest Group. I am excited about this role and the opportunity it presents to actively shape the SMS.
