Another insighful Reading Club session 'Behind the Scene'

Paula Jarzabkowski and Jane Lê gave us an insight into their journey to getting their study “The social practice of coevolving strategy and structure to realize mandated radical change”(co-authors: Jane Lê, Julia Balogun) published in the Academy of Management Journal after it had to be re-written. We (70 participants) learned a lot from their honesty about how they navigated this process.
