Did you ever think about your #narrative?

During AOM 2022 we held a hybrid workshop (PDW) and asked "Who am I, and What am I Doing? Crafting a Research Identity Narrative for Academic Career Transitions". Next to excellent speakers, like Herminia Ibarra (watch her Ted Talk about her narrative identity), we had terrific participants who overwhelmed us with positive feedback about the usefulness of the workshop.
